Orders are sent out for delivery in Cairo within 72 hours of order placement, with the exception of National holidays and Fridays. If the order was placed past cut off time (4 PM), your order will start being processed the following day. You will receive a message from the courier company regarding delivery details and confirmation.
Zone 2: up to 72 hours.
Zones 3-7: up to 7 days.
Zone 1 (Cairo & Giza) = 50 EGP
Zone 2 (Alexandria) = 80 EGP
Zones 3-6 (Canal cities, Fayoum to Sohag, Delta Cities & Qena to Hurghada) =100 EGP
Zone 7 (Sharm El Sheikh & Sinai) = 150 EGP.
Returns & Exchanges
Warped will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer within two weeks of order delivery date.
For exchanges, you will be required to cover the cost of the courier company of two delivery fees based on your zone; one for the delivery of the new product and one for the delivery of the product you are returning to the warehouse. If your order was paid for online, please note that you will be required to cover these costs with cash upon delivery of the exchange.
For returns, you will receive your subtotal (price of product(s) you purchased without any shipping fees) minus two delivery fees based on your zone; one for the delivery of your refunded cash and one for the delivery of the product you are returning back to the warehouse. If your order was paid for online, you will be wired back this cash through bank transfer once the item has been picked up and it's been ensured that the item has been returned in new condition and free of damage.
